What we Do
We offer consulting services for Role-based, Scenario-based, Problem-based, Simulation-based and Game-based Curriculum designs. Every Option is HUMAN-BASED. Akorbi will work with you to develop your Learning Strategy and then help you implement it with your team.
These services are packaged to represent typical Phase 1 projects (with the expectation that a Phase 2 effort will follow). Actual timelines and deliverables still may vary depending on the client and their unique environment.
Learning Strategy
The Learning Strategy helps the client establish a plan and a business case for future work. It helps provide a better understanding of the factors that will influence LMS selection.
Discovery & Research
Client Stage
Can occur anytime a client needs assistance with future direction or strategy.
Common Characteristics
Client looking to consolidate, improve, or establish a central learning strategy. Client has determined they will need an LMS or other tools and investments but to get executive buy-in, more work needs to be completed.
Akorbi’s Offering
The Learning Strategy is a comprehensive analysis of the organization from a learning perspective. It produces a road map for what the organization needs to do to accomplish its learning goals.
It is typically a 30 to 60 day engagement in which two consultants work with the client to explore current state, evaluate business objectives, assess the current organization, its resources and challenges in accomplishing those objectives, and recommend a plan for going forward.
The Learning Strategy document is a jointly developed document with the client. AKORBI LEARNING SOLUTIONS will lead creation of the deliverable but we’ll work through iterations of deliverables with the Client sponsor to build the final plan. This plan is typically used to get buy-in and budgetary approval from a broader Client audience.
